Jeanette Motherwell had only just celebrated her 53rd birthday when she was took with cancer in 2004. It was the biggest shock of our lives when we lost our mum, one we never thought we would get over. It does get easier but we have never got over it and she will always be in our hearts.

7 years today was such a long time ago but i feel like it was only yesterday when i saw you last. A lot has gone on in my life in that time and i wish you were here to share, talk it through or just be there to listen to it all. Your not there in your house and your not just on the other end of a phone for us to chat every day. I miss you so much Mum, more than you will ever know. I love you xx
